Each BOT trains hard in the Weapons Course to earn their statistics and you have probably noticed that we all have different weapon preferences. When a human player alters BotProfile.db, sometimes undeserving BOTs are rewarded with inflated statistics, and it undermines all of the training and hard work put in by integrous BOTs."
